This post is for Michael's grandma, she passed away on March 28, 2009. She is loved very much and will be missed!

Michael is flying to South Dakota tomorrow for the funeral and to spend some time with family!

I wish I could go but it is so hard to get away from school and work! :(

Spring Training Game

Today Michael, Doug, my dad, and I went to the Mariners vs Brewers game. We had a lot of fun...even got to see Ken Griffey Jr. hit a homerun! It was nice and hot about 90 degrees!

The Race Is On!!!

Today I started taking prenatal vitamins...now,now, don't start thinking anything you shouldn't be! Lets remember, I am ONLY 21!!!! The reason I am taking the vitamins is because I want my hair to GROW!!!! I so miss just throwing it into a ponytail and walking out the door! I have heard from several people that prenatal vitamins promote hair and nail growth...right up my alley!

So here is a before picture, and hopefully, there will be an after picture to follow shortly!

Late 21st Birthday Post

Michael and I both turned 21 last June but I thought that I should post some pictures of the events! For my birthday I went out to lunch with my parents to PF Changs then shopping! After Michael took me to dinner at Elephant Bar and much to my surprise there were some surprise guests who joined us! After we went to McDuffy's and Sand Bar!

Michael went out at midnight for his birthday...him and some friends went to Shout House then later that day we went to PF Changs with Aj and his dad.

We celebrated both of our birthdays at Oregano's with Michael's family and Macayo's with my family.



I don't know about Michael, but...I can't wait to turn 22 because 21 is so cliche! :)

Trip to Munds Park

When "our couple" got to the cabin it was already 9:30pm so we just headed for the game room and played pool,foosball, board games, and ate copious amounts of chips and popcorn!

Well that's the story...our weekend in a nutshell! We had a really good time and can't wait to go on our next trip with N & D!

Today Michael and I are going up north with Nick and Danielle for the weekend! I am so excited! It is going to be so nice to get out of town for a bit. AND it snowed up there yesterday! :) Pictures to follow...

South Dakota Trip ~ Summer '08

This last summer I went to SD with Michael to meet his family! We had a really good time AND....I even got to drive (kinda) a tractor! It was super exciting!

This July we are going to Boulder,Colorado for one of his cousin's wedding! It will be nice to have a break from school and spend time somewhere cooler...hopefully! :)

The Girls!

I have two mini daschunds, Sadie and Maddie. They are so stinkin' cute and have such personalities! They aren't sissy dogs either! For example, they went to the doggie spa yesterday for the "spaw treatment" as soon as they got home, they ran straight for the doggie door and rolled around in the grass!

They get to sleep in mine or my parent's bed. Picture this...Sadie sleeping on her back with her little head on the pillow and the covers pulled up to her paws. Such the princess! Maddie sleeps on her side with her paws pushed up against you to give her more space! Such a bed hog!

These girls keep us all so entertained and we love them to death!

My First Post

So...I have never done this blogging thing before so we will see how it goes! I am on spring break from nursing school...boy did I need a break! 8 weeks of solid classes, studying, clinicals, and stress. It is nice to have a week of peace; sadly enough, it is almost over! Nursing classes are nothing like any other college classes I have ever taken, talk about crazy! The good news...I get to wear SCRUBS! Super exciting!
