This really is more of a memory jogger for myself. But, here is just a glimpse of what nursing school does to a girl!
May 19th:
0900: Exam 1, over stages of labor, birthing theory, family structure, and fetal heart monitoring.
1000: Lecture on newborns and infant nutrition.
At home:
- Look over family teaching project on bottle feeding.
- Sim lab paperwork
- High risk pregnancy drug cards
- Misc. research on pregnancy related topics
May 20th:
0800-1200: Sim lab
At home:
- Culture presentation
- Clinical exercise worksheets
- Banner Health learning modules
- Research project on nursing theorist; Jean Watson
- Find research article for paper due Sunday
May 21st:
0900-1150: Lecture
At home:
- Finish whatever I didn't finish the day before
- Start research paper
- Type function health patterns for our family teaching project
- Journal update on family project progress
- Discussion question for research and OB
May 22nd
0700-1900: Clinicals at Banner Thunderbird; goal...help deliver a baby!

I am sure I am forgetting something important that needs to be submitted but this is a good start!
One day I will look back on this and laugh, but right now...OVERWHELMED!
Please tell me, when is this madness going to end?! AND to top it off, all my shows that take my mind off it all have ended for the season. I guess the gym is going to be seeing a lot more of me these days!
